In 2004, the company became incorporated and expanded its team by bringing on professional travel advisors. Today, the agency proudly consists of six experienced advisors dedicated to creating an "irie" (stress-free and enjoyable) travel experience for every customer.

  With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, Jacqueline is a seasoned travel advisor who has explored destinations across the Caribbean, Asia, Europe, the Pacific Islands, the United States, and Africa. Among her many journeys, Jamaica and Aruba remain her favorite destinations.

  Jacqueline holds a Cruise Counselor Accreditation and an impressive array of certifications, including Certified Sandals Specialist, Aruba Tourism Authority Certification, Barbados Elite Counselor Certification, Princess Cruise Commodore, Special Needs Certification, and Disney Travel Specialist. She is also a founding and active member of the Professional Travel Agents of America, an organization dedicated to advancing education within the travel profession.

  As a proud agency owner, Jacqueline has designed unforgettable travel experiences for hundreds of clients. Her expertise spans everything from intimate solo getaways to large-scale weddings with up to 200 guests.   In addition to cruising, they possess deep knowledge of luxury travel, specializing in exclusive destinations featuring one-of-a-kind villas and world-class hotel accommodations. They also have a vast amount of experience in vow renewals, honeymoons and group travel.

  With a passion for travel and a foundation built on over 32 years of military service, Diana brings unmatched organization, precision, and care to every trip she plans. During her time in the Armed Forces, she served as the primary travel planner for her Commander and deploying troops, coordinating complex travel both within and outside the continental United States. While in the military, she traveled to Turkey, Spain, Italy, Germany, England, France and Alaska in addition to many stateside locations.

  After retiring from the military, Diana turned her lifelong passion into a profession by joining Everything Irie Travel in 2008. Since then, she has helped countless clients turn their travel dreams into reality. From exotic destinations like Egypt, Dubai and South Africa to tropical escapes in Jamaica, Cancun, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas--Diana has done it all. She also planned numerous cruise groups traveling to Europe, Alaska, Panama Canal, New England and Canada as well as the Caribbean.
